• Two Private Terraces have indeed been included in the approved plans. However, it is pertinent to note that they have not been specifically allocated to individual units or apartments. Instead, they are intended to be allotted to allottees based on their respective requirements, should the need arise. For clarity, the dimensions and area of the Private Terraces are as follows: -> Private Terrace (48’6” * 31’9”) = 143.38 square meters -> Private Terrace (48’6” * 31’7.5”) = 142.70 square meters. These Private Terrace will be sold to Allottees in the Project only with the concerned apartment/Flat units in this Project only and as and when the same is allotted to the specific unit, promoter will update the same on RERA Web portal via Project Profile modification module.
