Wrongly Filed Data Previously: 1. The type of Project was wrongly entered as Mixed (Residential and Commercial) instead of Residential (Group Housing). The project was approved under Mukhyamantri Jan Awas Yojana for Residential Purpose only and the Residential FAR of the project is 28168.06 Sq. Mtr. and the commercial FAR of the Project (which is below 3% of the Residential FAR) is 767.04 Sq. Mtr. (i.e. 2.72%). Correction Now Requested: 1. The type of project is requested to be amended to Residential (Group Housing) and the approvals are requested accordingly. In the Project, the total land area is 10200 Sq. Mtrs. out of which "Under Road Area" is 694.05 Sq. Mtrs. and the remaining area approved for project development is 9505.95 Sq. Mtrs. and the same is also mentioned in the approved "Patta" and "Registry". As per remark column, project type has been updated to Group Housing by the authority dated 06 November 2020
