Reference uit kota letter dated 28.11.16, as of now the project has been approved as B1+B2+G+8.Further Approval updates being added on 06-12-2018.The following details have been submitted by developer after receiving further approval MAP'S from UIT Kota letter vide dated 05/10/2017.The details of Previousaly approved MAP's were:-B1+B2+G+08.Subsequentaly after further approval the details are as follows:-B1+B2+G+14 Floor.The same detials have been updated on RERA Portal on 06/12/2018.The detail revise comparative analysis which have been changes are enclosed here with under head of copy of layout approval "Others".Following details have been changed due to further approval as:1.)Open area:-364.09 Sqmt 2.)Height of the building 44.9 mt 3.)FAR 11227.42 sqmt4.)Builtup area:-19955.88 sqmt 5.)No of Apartment 207(Residential:-144+Shops 63). All set of drawings inculding further approval can be viewed under copy of layout approval.To the best of our ability we have scan the MAPS.Update done on 20/12/2018,After Extension approval the Estimated Finish date for the said project is now 31.03.2018 and subsequentely in Form B Estimated finish date is updated.After extension approval Form B is also uploaded in addition.
