Due to mistake land and development cost was not filled. Therefor to correct our fault we are providing details here as: Land cost as per rule 5(1)=23,24,46,600/- Development cost as per rule 5(2)=1,66,55,94,900/- TOTAL COST OF THE PROJECT=1,89,80,41,500/-. EWS/LIG Flats have been constructed at other site as per rules and handed over to JDA, Jaipur. The total area of projectis 31755.00 sq.mtr. . The phase area for phase 1 was filled as 31755.00 sq. mtr. by mistake, the phase-1 area should be read as 29240.27 sq.mtr. and the same has been marked on the drawings uploaded.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
