1. The plotted development scheme covers a total area of 2,529.00 square meters, consisting of 1,442.25 square meters of saleable area, 884.72 square meters of open area, and 202.00 square meters of facility area. 2. The saleable area of 1,442.25 square meters includes: 1,334.49 square meters of residential plot area, and 107.76 square meters of commercial plot area. 3. The open area of 884.72 square meters comprises: 707.65 square meters of road area, and 177.07 square meters of park area. 4. The facility area of 202.00 square meters is allocated for OCF and PU. 5. In accordance with the Township Policy–2010, Residential Plot Nos. 14 and 15, equivalent to 12.5% of the saleable area, are mortgaged with the Urban Improvement Trust (UIT), Bhilwara. These plots will be released upon completion of internal development works and payment of development charges to the UIT, Bhilwara.
