“Padam Estate C-Block” is a township scheme for plotted development approved under the provisions of the Rajasthan Township Policy 2010. As per the Approved Layout plan, 12.5% plots bearing no. C-01, C-20, C-21 to C-24, C-31, C-32 & C-86 are mortgage to JDA for Internal Development in the scheme. Khatedar Commercial plots bearing no. SC-3, SC-4, SC-5, SC-6, SC-7, SC-8, SC-9, SC-10, SC-11 & SC-12 shall be released by JDA after development of all the Zonal Roads. JDA Commercial plots bearing SC-1, SC-2, SC-13, SC-14, SC-15 & SC-16 shall be sold by JDA and not by the Promoter. We have mentioned all 12.5% mortgage plots & JDA Commercial plots in the tab "Proposed But Not Sanctioned Number Of Apartments / Plots". The JDA Commercial area i.e. 879.76 sq. mtr. has been included in total Salable area. We have included Park area (780.14 Sq. Mtr.), Road area (5529.84 Sq. Mtr.) and Sector Road area (2410.64 Sq. Mtr.) in the calculation of Open Area.
