12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 09,10,14 and 15 (557.65 Sq. Mtrs.). Open Area of the project is 1787.66 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [9.00 sq. meters] Road Area [1565.17 sq. meters] and area surrendered in Road [213.49 sq. meters].
