By mistake Phase area was filled as 24041.97 sq. mtr., the correct phase area is 18482.71 sq. mtr. 3. 12.5% of the total salable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Bhilwara those plots are plot no. 1 to 21.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
