It is represented that the project is being developed in a phase wise manner wherein the common areas and facilities falling in a particular phase will be developed with that phase in which it falls. Club house is part of phase 2. However, please note that the common areas and facilities to be developed with phase 2 will be common for all the apartment owners in the Whole Project and no resident/ apartment owner or owners of Phase 2 shall at any time restrict allottees of other phases excluding shops from using of such common areas and facilities
