1. It is represented that the total parking mentioned under the tab common areas and facilities is inclusive of visitors parking. 2. It is further represented that the project is being developed in a phase wise manner wherein the common areas and facilities falling in a particular phase will be developed with that phase in which it falls. Club house is part of future phase and accordingly will be developed with Phase 2 of the project. Please note that the common areas and facilities to be developed with phase 1 will be common for all the apartment owners in the Whole Project and no resident/ apartment owner or owners of Phase 1 shall at any time restrict allottees of other phases excluding shops from using of such common areas and facilities. 3. It is further represented that the development of Club House for the Whole Project is planned with future phase of the Whole Project and accordingly Club House will be developed with future phase i.e Phase 2 of the Whole Project.
