That Plot no.22, 23,30, 25 and Informal Commercial Plot (Total -05 Plot) have been mortgage with Nagar Palika Bhinder , for ensuring internal development in the project and shown in approved but not sanctioned on RERA Portal and as and when such patta will be realized it will be intimated to RERA. That khasra no. 143, 144 after mutation was transfered to Nagar Palika, Bhinder and after mutation such was changed to Khasra 299/144, 297/143
