12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 4 plots are plot no. 3, 8, 21 and 24. Open Area of the project is 2207.66 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [10.49 Sq. meters], Community Hall [253.44 Sq. meters], Road Area [1330.73 sq. meters] and Surrender in road [613.00 Sq. meters]
