1. Private open terrace will not be sold to any of the allottees in the project, It will be handed over to resident welfare association for common purpose. 2. There is no provision of visitors parking in the project. 3. In reference to scooter parking there are 33 parking in totality. We are providing 29 on stilt floor and 4 in open area. However the total no of scooter parking depicted on Map is 31 i.e. 29 on stlit floor and 2 in open area. Hence we are providing the scooter parking over and above from the depicted parking.
