The maps have been submitted with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter has decided to construct only Ground floor at present, first floor maps have been approved for future (same is also mentioned in the maps as word βfutureβ is prefixed before the structural drawings of first floor). In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority. Accordingly, the development cost considered at present includes the cost to be incurred for the purpose of construction of ground floor only.
