1). As per Township Policy 2010, 11 Plots (Plot No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26) having Total area of 976.21 Sq. Mtrs equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the Internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2). Since it is a plotted development project no parking details are required. 3. The Total Open Area 4555.17 Square meters (includes 619.61 Sq Mtr for Park, 3935.56 Sq Mtr For Road), and Solid waste, Mobile Tower and Public Utility are for Common use facility therefore same not include in the open area. 4. Water supply will be provide by "WATER TANK & BORING" in the project therefore we do not required NOC for Water supply
