1) Registrar of Firms Certificate is attached under promoter profile under tab 'articles of association' and 'memorandum of association'. Under Registration Certificate Tab, Udyam is uploaded. Kindly consider the same as the fields are inalterable. 2) The promoter has provisioned the community hall at the stilt floor of the building, which being a facility is for the use of the residents of the building and not for sale. Kindly take a note. 3) Under Common Details tab, parking is marked as per the stated logic that, all the vehicles that are fully covered (within outer line) are marked as parked on stilt floor and any uncovered or semi-covered vehicle is marked as parked in open area. The visitors parking is provided over and above the parking provided and hence marked under open area. 4) The reason for "Dr. Blocked" in RERA Account is that, since it is opened as per statutory provisions, so withdrawal is blocked by bank without prior permission.
