1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust (U.I.T.), Kota against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. A-1, A-2, A-28 to A- 35 admeasuring 9852.12 sq.ft. 2.)On 25.04.2023 12.5% of the total saleable plots have been released by UIT, KOTA, as the project have been completed.
