1) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT Kota, Kota against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 30 to 34 and 91 to 99. 2) later, by the written request dated 10.05.2022 to UIT Kota, applicant proposed to changes/modify details of mortgage plots to plot no. 34, 91 to 99 and 114 to 116 admeasuring area 1714.30 sq. mtr. which was then accepted by the UIT Kota. thus, plot no. 34, 91 to 99 and 114 to 116 is mortaged MORTGAGED BY THE UIT KOTA instead of PLOT NO. 30 TO 34 AND 91 TO 99. 3) 12.5% of the total saleable plots have been released by UIT KOTA, as the project have been completed.
