12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the UIT, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 25, 31 and 32. Open Area of the project is 2580.20 sq. meters which includes M.T. [10.36 Sq. meters], S.W.M. [54.03 sq. meters], Surender in Road [1030.80 Sq. meters] and Road Area [1485.01 sq. meters].
