12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 18,27,28,29,30 and 37. Open Area of the project is 3572.41 sq. meters which includes Road Area [3495.26 sq. meters], SWM [66.04 Sq. Mtrs] and M.T. [11.11 Sq. Mtr.] and In Bank statement should not show suffix “Rera Retention” and "Collecton Account" and "Promoter Account" due to word limitation in bank so we have upload bank declaration with FORM R-8.
