12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 9. Open Area of the project is 1066.74 sq. meters which includes Road Area [561.54 sq. meters], SWM [50.01 Sq. Mtrs] and Surrender in Road [455.19 Sq. Mtr.]
