12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those plots are plot no. 8, 9, 10 and 11. Open Area of the project is 1861.24 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [10.21 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [1851.03 sq. mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 5291.55 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [5140.16 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [151.39 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 8040 Sq. Mtrs., the project has been applied for Phase area 7152.79 Sq. Mtrs. after deducting the Area surrendered in Master/Sector Plan road i.e. 887.21 Sq. Mtrs.
