We hereby want to inform that in respect of registration of our project “Neelkanth Residency Block B” under RERA Act we declared that by mistake we had submitted phase area as 7153.90 sq mtr in our application as we didn’t consider area of road and garden and other but actually including all these area is 12400 sq mtr. So we want to rectify this mistake and for the difference area of 5246.10 sq mtr, we are paying remaining amount of fees of Rs 26230/- by demand draft no 676945 of State bank Of India. We request you to process our application after this rectification. As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
