1.) 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 21, 24, 25 admeasuring 497.54 sq mtr. 2.) Commercial Plot No. SC 1 to SC 6, SC 19, SC 20 are in the ownership of the JDA and shall be sold by the JDA only and thus the area of these plots are not included in the saleable area of the project. 3.) Open area of the project is 9261.39 square meters and the same is calculated by considering Park area 381.38 sq.mtr + Road area 2368.06 sq.mtr. + Sector road area 6451.95 sq.mtr + M.T. and S.W.M. area 60.00 sq. mtr.
