12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 2 plots are plot no. 4 and 11. Open Area of the project is 634.68 sq. meters which includes SWM [50.43 Sq. Mtrs] and Road Area [ 584.25 Sq. Mtrs].
