“Nandan Prime Villas” is a Villa scheme approved under the provisions of 3-B of the Rajasthan Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana-2015. As per the approved layout plan issued by Jaipur Development Authority, a remark is being put up on the approved layout plan for mortgage of 12.5% saleable plot bearing numbers E-1 to E-9 total 9 plots and Informal Commercial, total admeasuring 521.66 Sq. Mtrs for Internal development, as per the provisions of Rajasthan Township Policy-2010. The promoter may either sell the row houses/villas as per the standard specifications and plans or customize them as per the requirements of the buyer/allottee in terms of layout, design and specifications, as may be mutually agreed between promoter and buyer/allottee. The promoter has made provisions for the overhead/underground water tank in the unit/villa. Water may be sourced by the buyer(s) through Bisalpur Line of Government or private tankers. Parking provision for the individual units/villas have been made within the unit/villa itself, which shall be exclusively used by that particular unit/villa owner.
