12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 5 plots are plot no. 3, 4, 6, 8 and 28. Open Area of the project is 1500.38 Sq. Mtrs which includes Mobile Tower [45.26 Sq. Mtrs] and Road & Surrender Area [ 1455.12 Sq. Mtrs].
