1. Due to the orders of the Hon’able Delhi High Court dated 24.01.2017 & 10.03.2017 (Hard Copies Attached), the company has been restrained from disposing or alienate or encumber either directly or indirectly, or otherwise part with possession of any assets of the company, in any manner, except in the ordinary course of business & for payment of salaries & statutory dues, in accordance with the law. 2.Due to the restrain order we are unable to generate funds to start the project which could result in a delay of another 2-3 years ahead of 2021 for completion.
