1. As per Township Policy 2010, Plot no. 1,2,3 and 13 ( Total -4 plots & Total Area- 910.65 Sq Mtrs) equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under JDA. These plots would be allotted after the Internal development work of the project is completed and development charges are deposited with Jaipur Development Authority. 2. Since it is a plotted development project no parking details are required. 3. The Total Open Area 6260.88 Square meters (includes 606.22 Sq Mtr for Park, 3296.09 Sq Mtr For Road, 1823.67 for ZDP Road), and as Solid waste management, Mobile Tower, and Public Utility are for Common use facility therefore same not included in the open area. 4. That 340.14 Sq Mtr is out of possession area and is for future extension and is not included in the scheme area. 5. That AS PER TOWNSHIP POLICY 2010, PLOT NO. 1,2,3 AND 13 ( TOTAL -4 PLOTS & TOTAL AREA- 910.65 SQ MTRS) EQUAL TO 12.5% HAVE BEEN KEPT AS MORTGAGE UNDER JDA are released by JDA vide letter dated 22.06.2024 having serial Number JDA/UPA/Zone-12/2024/D-1629.
