That the lease deed was issued having total area of 2045.67 Sq.Mtrs and as per the approved building plan the total area mentioned as 2115.00 Sq. Mtrs this difference in area is due to the surrender of land for road widening i.e 69.33 Sq. Mtrs therefore we have taken the total area and phase area as 2045.67 S.Mtrs.
