The project is being developed by the promoter on project land with land owner consent and a joint development agreement is executed between promoter and Land owner. The apartments will be distributed among the promoter and landowner in the manner stated in point 7 of Joint Development agreement, the joint development agreement is uploaded in land documents in project approval related documents.
