We have included the private terrace area (T1 and T2) in the respective apartment type detail. Also, we have filled private terrace (T3) details under the tab “Apartments Type Detail” and it is submitted that Private Open Terrace shown on the approved map is currently not associated with any of the unit. Further, the same will be allotted as per the demand of the allottes.
