Initially, in the said case, building plans were approved by UIT, Udaipur on 10.01.2020 for 2 Basements + Stilt + Ground + 7 floors, but the promoter initially proposed the said project for 2 Basement + Stilt + Ground + 15 floors and mentioned the same in the Remarks column and accordingly fill in the GBUA at the time of registration. Now, the building plans for the above floors, i.e., upto the 15th floor have been issued by UIT, Udaipur on 12.02.2023, and the promoter applied for the updation of same while only updating the sanctioned and not sanctioned no. of units vide application no. RAJ-RERA-APP-MR-2023-274 (20-09-2023).
