12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 3 plots are plot no. 09, 10 and 20. Open Area of the project is 1489.91 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [11.90 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [1478.51 sq. mtrs].
