12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 13 plots are plot no. 09, 15, 16, 17, 18, 40, 41, 42, 43, 66, 67, 68 and 69. Open Area of the project is 4398.36 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [20.10 sq. meters] and Road Area [4378.26 sq. meters].
