Ownership of Plot No. 1 to 36 and informal Commercial Plot of Khasra No. 527/211 (total area 3479.36 sq. mtr.) shall be in the name of M/s MGI Infratech Private Limited and ownership of remaining Plot No. 37 to 101 of Khasra No. 528/211 & 213 (total area 4785.92 Sq. mtr.) shall be in the name of M/s Mega County Township Private Limited. A Registered Power of Attorney dated 02.12.2021 is executed by M/s MGI Infratech Private Limited through its Director, Mr. Ishan Bhatnagar in favour of M/s Mega County Township Private Limited through its Manager Mr. Gurikrat Singh who was authorised through a Board Resolution dated 01.12.2021.
