1. In accordance with the understanding as per the registered development agreement dated 13.12.2021 and correction deed dated 16.02.2022; the landowner has decided to retain her share of flats/units in the aforesaid project and those flats are G-1, G-2, G-3, 201, 202, 203, 401, 403, 601, 602, 603, and 801 and the said units shall not be sold prior to the completion of the project and for the same an undertaking has been submitted. 2. There are two terrace in our project i.e. one common terrace and one private terrace. Private terrace is under the share of the landowner.
