Kindly read "16552.13 sq. mtrs." as "16551 sq. mtrs." 2. Layout Plan / Building Plan is approved by UIT, Sikar under 3B Provision of CMJAY 2015. 3. Road, Facility and Parks are not part of saleable inventory and will be used as common facility.As per remark the correct phase area has been rectified in Land Details of Registering Project.
