1. As per Township Policy 2024, we have to mortgage 10 % plots with the Local Body, accordingly 11 Plots, Plot No.- 1, 2, 19, 20, 21, 22, 35, 41, 42, 64 and 71 are kept mortgaged. These Plots will be released once development work is completed and development charges are deposited. 2. The Open Area includes Park Area 1186.05 sq. mtrs., Tower & S.W.M. Area 69.49 sq. mtrs. and Road Area 4729.08 sq. mtrs. totalling 5984.62 sq. mtrs.
