About Manpura Awasiya Yojana Sector-4 Manpur Abu Road
The maps of units have been uploaded with structural specification of G+1 floors, however the promoter is constructing only the portion highlighted in the unit plan on Ground floor, first floor maps have been approved for future and the allotttee may construct the same if desired, however Rajasthan Housing Board will not construct first floor therefore we have not added built up area of future proposed first floor under the tab of 'total gross built up area of the project' (same is also mentioned in the maps as word “future” is prefixed before the structural drawings of first floor). In case of any changes related to construction, the same shall be updated to RERA authority.
