1.As per Township Policy 2010, 9 Plots (Plot No. 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61 & Commercial Plot) having Total area of 2294.82 Sq. mtr equal to 12.5% have been kept as mortgage under UIT Pali. These plots would be allotted after the internal development work of project is completed and development charges are deposited with UIT Pali. 2. In this project, the proposal includes the sale of both plots and villas. The project consists of a total of 112 units, comprising 10 shops, 4 commercial units, and 1 Club House. For the remaining units, it is proposed to sell 29 Units (Plot No.72 - Plot No. 100) as a plots and 68 Units as a villas. 3. The promoter has buy back the facility area i.e. club house as per the minutes of meeting dated 14.12.2024 and the same has been attached under the tab of " Copy of Legal Search Report" for your reference.
