Mtr. + Area not in possession 1008.28 sq. mtrs 3) Since it is a plotted development project there is no parking details are required. 4) As per comment/note mentioned on approved layout plan that, lease deed of Plot no C-1, C-2 and 265 will be issued only after construction of approach road. Therefore, as on date we have mentioned these plots under proposed but not sanctioned category. 5) Total area of the project is 17555.00sq. mtrs however, 1008.28 sq mtrs area is, at present, not in possession of promoter as appraised in approved map. Hence phase area is mentioned as 16546.72sq.mtrs 6) plot no. 270, 277, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308 got mortgaged free/rehen mukt vide letter dated 18.07.2025. 7)As the approach road is now constructed, hence Plot no C-1, C-2 and 265are now mentioned under sanctioned category
