The said project has been sanctioned under Phases Plan by Jaipur Development Authority. Phase II of said project is already registered with RERA Authority as Manglam Aananda Phase-II having Registration No. RAJ/P/2017/329 dated 11/10/2017. Currently we have applied for the RERA Registration of Sub-Part of Phase 3 as Manglam Aananda Plaza of said project, which has been depicted/highlighted in the sanctioned copy of approved site plan. We have uploaded the approved drawings in building approved plan section of apartment details due to heavy size of file.
