Mtrs. 2.) Open Area of the project is 2130.46 sq.mtr. and the same is calculated by considering road area as 1905.57 sq.mtr., M.T./S.W. area as 22.29 sq.mtr. and Park area as 202.60 Sq. Mtrs.
