Club House, Green Area and other common area and facilities to be developed with this project, shall be common for allottees of this project and allottees of all other phases of Mahima's Shubh Nilay. Although, the end date for completion of the project Mahima's Shubh Nilay Phase-II "Villas" is 31.12.2023, promoter undertakes subject to force majeure to complete construction of Villa/Apartment No. 1 to 11, 30 to 40, 41 to 50 and 67 to 76 by 31.12.2022.
