Maps for Mahima's Shubh Nilay Phase-I have been approved from Jaipur Development Authority vide its BPC meeting dated 18/07/2017 for Stilt + 12 Floors, wherein Maps for Stilt + 3 Floors have been released. Space for Club, Green Area and Commercial Area as shown in approved layout plan, shall be developed on Project Land but shall be accessible and available for use to all the future phases.
