Mahima Ecovista is group housing project, the promoter hereby declare that we envisaged to construct the said project, which comprising of two towers, having 2 Basements+ Ground+22 floors in each tower, however as on date we have got the maps approval as including upto 2 Basements+ Ground+ 18 Floors for each tower. In due Course of time we intent to get map approval from Jaipur Development authority for the rest floor that is 19, 20 ,21, 22 floor however as on date we Have filled the gross built-up area of the project and other integrated details keeps in view the project as up to 22 floors. This information is made for all the proposed allottee(s). As per the approved maps, a total of 111 stores are depicted presently. We have not yet decided which specific store will be sold along with which residential unit. Therefore, we have currently shown the 111 store inventories separately under the section of total units and accordingly reflected these inventories separately under Apartment Type Details. We undertake that the stores will be sold only to the allottees of this project. Post-registration, as and when the respective stores are sold along with the concerned residential units of the project, we shall promptly update the same in the project profile application under Apartment Type Details.
