1. 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Jaipur Development Authority, Jaipur against the internal development work of the project those plots are plot no. 16 to 19, 49 admeasuring 705.62 Sq. Mtr. 2.) Total Area of the project is 8224.15 sq.mtr. (7715 sq.mtr. + 509.15 sq.mtr.).Total Future ext. area is 600 sq.mtr., out of which area admeasuring 509.15 is included in the scheme and the remaining area 90.85 sq.mtr. is for the future development and is not the part of the present scheme. 3.) The shape and size of the Future ext area admeasuring 90.85 Sq Mtrs which shown at the bottom is not the part of our scheme and will be merged in the future scheme, thus it is not included in the area of the present applied project as per approved layout plan.
