12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by the Urban Improvement Trust, Sikar against the internal development work of the project. Those 2 plots are plot no. 10,11. Open Area of the project is 709.10 sq. meters which includes Mobile Tower [9.30 sq. mtrs], SWM [72.25 sq. mtrs], Park [80.48 sq. mtrs] and Road Area [547.07 sq. mtrs]. The Saleable Area of the project is 1653.12 Sq. mtrs. which includes Residential [1542.72 Sq. Mtrs.] and Informal Commercial [110.37 Sq. Mtrs.]. Out of total area approved as per the UIT Sikar Letter and Approved map is 2362.22 Sq. Mtrs.
