Owner/Promoter having already Khasra No 1585/935 of 1.53 hect. area out of which 0.9714 hect area is converted for this Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Sector-4 project which converted Khasra No. 2480/1585 for which UIT have issued approval letter and approved Map. These facts are mentioned in Search Report . 12.5% of the total saleable plots has been mortgaged by UIT Sikar against the internal development work of Plotted Development project , those plots are plot no 34, 35 and 36 and these mortgaged plots area are 824.47 sq. meter
